These terms govern bookings and stays at UJ PALLAZZIO – Business Class Luxury Hotel, Tiruvannamalai. By submitting a booking request or staying with us, you agree to the terms below.
Booking Requests
Online enquiries (Quick Book / contact form) are booking requests, not confirmed reservations. A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you by phone, WhatsApp, or email and confirms availability and rate.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 11:30 AM and check-out time is 1:00 PM. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Guests with Tiruvannamalai local IDs are not permitted to check in.
Guest Policies
- Couple check-ins are not permitted as per hotel policy.
- Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted inside the hotel premises.
- The hotel reserves the right to admit guests in accordance with its internal policies and applicable laws.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel a booking if hotel policies are violated.
Breakfast & Amenities
- Complimentary breakfast is provided (as per current hotel policy), served through our nearby partner restaurant.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel premises.
- Extra bed charges may apply wherever applicable.
- Parking is subject to availability.
Payment & Cancellation
- Advance payment may be required for reservation confirmation.
- Advance payment and cancellation terms vary by booking dates, room category, weekends, festival periods, and special events; the applicable terms are communicated at the time of reservation confirmation.
Guest Conduct & Liability
Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful, family-friendly environment and are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. While the premises are CCTV-secured and we take reasonable care, the hotel is not responsible for loss of personal valuables left unattended in rooms or common areas. Vehicle parking is provided at the owner’s risk.
